Hello I'm Steve Dollar

It all started when...

I was contacted in 2005 by a young Muslim from Uganda who had recently been saved by reading the Bible. Moses asked me to disciple him. I have never been able to understand how he found me in Troutville, VA from Uganda, Africa.

I did agree to disciple him and he was an eager and rapid assimilating student. Quickly he had absorbed much and was anxious to preach this new Salvation of his. He asked me how and I answered the only way I knew. I told him he should go to the villages and simply start preaching in the street when he got there. Moses did that very thing and many thousands were saved.

After a few years, Moses Muwanguzi was appointed as a national missionary by the church and we agreed to support him. At first the support was minuscule at $15 per month and Moses continued to hold a job. Because of his success on the mission field, the church appointed him as a full time missionary and his salary was finally raised to $150 per month. Over the decade of Moses's preaching over 10,000 people were saved. Moses had a heart for the children and he started to concentrate his efforts in children's education; both biblical and regular. His American counterparts agreed and we formed a non-profit organization, Pushing Humanity Higher (PHH) to support Moses in his efforts.

Eventually I retired and the church closed. Moses went on in his efforts in Africa.

You can see a lot of the efforts of Moses by looking up his FaceBook page - search for Moses Muwanguzi.

Now we have resurfaced PHH and are collecting donations for Moses and I and my wife Vi, to revisit and preach to those same villagers from years ago. This will be over a two week period. I will also perform the marriage ceremony for Moses and his bride, Anita. Anita is a member of the royal portion of the Watusi tribe and after the ceremony, Moses and I will visit the castle and speak the name of Jesus in that place.  We will also provide clothing and foods for the villages. If there are suffcient funds, some will be used to help Moses start a foundation which will act as an education for the children and a distribution center of food and clothing and Bibles to the villages and children of Uganda. A chidren's center and church will be at the foundation's location.

All funds collected here will be sent to the PHH arm of Mountain Movers International. One hundred percent of all funds collected will be used as described except for the financial requirements of Mountain Movers International.

The funds will be needed by the middle of August 2018 for travel during the month of September 2018.  If you wish to to continue past those dates those funds will be used for the ongoing work of Moses and the foundation.

Moses and I will be most grateful for any funds you care to contribute. You will be partnering with us as we share the love of Christ to these African peoples that do not understand love like this. Please, Please your contributions must only be gifts above your tithe. Your tithe belongs only to your local church.
